So, I've mentioned before that my family do a lot of traveling. Last spring, my mum and I had a few days of common vacation and decided we'd go to London for a few days. I'd been dying to go there for the longest time, seeing as I'm quite the anglophile. I loved visiting the city, and since we only had a very short amount of time, I planned everything out to the minute so that we could see everything I wanted to see. Obviously, I allocated some time to visiting Westminster Abbey, and walked by Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Big Ben is absolutely beautiful and just looks great in the city. We also went on the London Eye (I know, a bunch of super touristy things, but that's not all we did during the trip), and got to see Big Ben from a very different view, and it was breath-taking. I recommend taking half an hour of your time if you're in London to go on the London Eye and see the city from above. It's a wonderful experience, and even though it is a very touristy thing, it's totally worth it.
So, that's how I got my Big Ben Badge.
